To be successful you will require:
- Proven and successful experience in management of area of responsibility
- A good work history and reputation working in collaboration with team
- Competency and skills to perform in the role.
- Be in good standing with, and committed to your local church.
- Knowledge of; leadership experience in Youth Ministry.
- A track record of meeting deadlines.
- Great written and verbal communication skills

Events Assistant
Youth Alive Victoria is seeking an organised, people-centred and high-performing Christian leader to fulfil a 1 day a week (0.2) Events Assistant role. The successful applicant will work alongside Youth Alive's Events Manager to help plan, administrate and run Youth Alive events, including Momentum, Undivided and Main Event. This is your opportunity to have a positive impact on the next generation of leaders, pastors & young people by helping to deliver events that reach young people with the message of Jesus.

Graphic Designer & Socials
Youth Alive Victoria is seeking a creative, people-centred and high-performing Christian designer to fulfil a 1 day a week (0.2) Graphic Designer & Socials role. The successful applicant will lead the design of Youth Alive's marketing and event collateral and the management of our social media content, working in collaboration with Youth Alive's Video Producer. This is your opportunity to have a positive impact on the next generation of leaders, pastors & young people by helping to tell the story of Youth Alive through design. We would also welcome applications from anyone able to take on this role and the Video Producer role as a combined 2 day a week (0.4) position.

Video Producer
Youth Alive Victoria is seeking an innovative, people-centred and high-performing Christian creative to fulfil a 1 day a week (0.2) Video Producer role. The successful applicant will lead the capture and creation of Youth Alive video collateral, assist in leading the media team at Youth Alive events, and work in collaboration with Youth Alive's Graphic Designer & Socials. This is your opportunity to have a positive impact on the next generation of leaders, pastors & young people by helping to tell the story of Youth Alive through video.
